SALAD FRUIT


TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
apple
strawberry
kiwi
banana
watermelon
orange juice and sugar

PREPARATION: 
You cut the fruit in small pieces and you put in a bowl. Wade the orange juice and the sugar. You mix all in the bowl and we eat it.

Mousse of strawberry by Dario and Samuel

                                           MOUSSE OF STRAWBERRIES                                                                       

Hello, we are going to talk about a recipe mousse of strawberries.
The ingredients are:
  •  1/2 kg of strawberries
  •  250gr of  whipping cream
  •  3 or 4 eggs and sugar.

Receta de mousse de fresas: un postre para hacer con los niñosPreparation. 
First wash and dry the strawberries and chop. Beat them with a whisk until a liquid mixture. Whip the cream in a bowl with mixer. Pour the mixture of strawberries with whipped creams. In another bowl, beat the eggs until stiff. Mix slowly the whipped cream, strawberry and egg until stiff. Remove all very delicately. With the help of a shell pour the mousse into individual cups. Put everything in the fridge for at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.

carrot cake by Andrea

  carrot cake  delicious!!!

Time: 50 min.

Ingredients: 
250g of carrots
100g of flour
75g of sugar
600g of butter
20g of yeast
2 eggs
a glass of carrot juice
gelatine


Preparation:
Mixture the carrots raper with the flour , the yeast and the middle of sugar. Separate the clears of the yolks.
Defeat this with the rest of the sugar and incorporate the preparation preceding .Defeat the clears whites and 
add the masse in two times. Empty the masse into a model grease and inflour and bake in a furnace during 
30 min . Dip the gelatine in could water 10 min . Hot the juice, add the gelatine and wait for disposing.

SWISS CHARD WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS


INGREDIENTS :

Swiss chard
Potatoes
Carrots
Olive oil
Salt
Vinegar

TIME: 30 minutes

PREPARATION :
First, you wash the swiss chard.Then, peel, wash and cut the potatoes and carrots.Next, you put all the ingredients in a sauce pan with water and boil them for 20 minutes.After that, when the vegetables are tender, drain the water and finally serve with salt, olive oil and vinegar or melon and enjoy your meal !

RED CABAGGE PIZZA

 

TIME:

15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Pizza dough

2 table spoon of olive oil

21\2 of all-purpose flour

3\4 cup skim milk

1 tea spoon salad

1\2 tea spoon black pepper

3 cups sliced red cabbage

1\2 thinly sliced red bell pepper

3 table spoons cilantro

2 chopped jalapenos

1\4  cup goal chese crumbles


PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 425F.Roll out pizza dough.Heat oil in a small heavy soucepan over low-medium heat. Add flowr and cook until it changes into a light brown color (about 1-2 minutes) Slowly add the milk to soucepan, stirring constantly. Continue cooking slowly until it is smoth and thick, (7-8 minutes) Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Mixt in cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro and jalapenos. Evenly spredd the cabbage mixture onto pizza. Top with chesse. Bake until chesse and crust begin to brown.

           Chocolate puddin
INGREDIENTS:


  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coca powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 crups milk
  • 2teaspoons vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, uhisk together the sugar, coca and corntarch.
  2. Whisk in milk a littel at a time until the mixture dosen´t have any dry lumps. then place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high.
  3. Stir, ten cook at one minutes intervals, estirring between cooking times for 2 or 4 minutes, or until the mixture looks shiny and thick.
  4. To add a finishing touch, add 2 teas poons vanilla extract and stir.
  5. Finally, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming, and chill in the refrigerator .

TIME: 40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:


  • Paraguayans
  • Grapes 
  • Masa de tarta
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • An egg yolk

HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. First, we have to make a custard with milk, sugar, flour and one eggs yolk. We put in a blow  pie crust and we put up the custard.
  2. Now,we have to cut into slices the paraguayans and then we put them on the top of the pastry cream in a decorative manner.
  3. Then, we introduce it in the oven and we leave it for half an hour while we expect some sort of jam with grapes and sugar..
  4. Finally, we get to finish the cake from the oven and cover with grapes jelly we made and ...


it´s ready to eat!!!!!!!

strawberry cheese Cakes by Eva and Liz

Line baking pan of cake dough and bake according to package instructions.For filling, boil the cream carefully that you do not hold.Gets the gelatine soak in water cool 10 minutes.Pull it out, tighten with hands to escruir water, incorporated into the saucepan of hot cream and stir well. Empty the containers of cheese in a bowl, pour over the mixture of gelatin and cream and mix well with the varritas.Pour over the mold already cold and let it set at room temperature. When this cold filling, cover the surface with strawberries cut into pieces or fillets.Heat the jam in the microwave for blending process and cover the strawberries.

1 package of pasta brisa 3 tubs of cream cheese 1/4 litre cream 3 gelatin sheets, 400 g of strawberries washed and threaded and Strawberry Jam

In a large bowl use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy ,1 to 2 minutes .Add the eggs one at a time . Mix in the soun crean , whippiog , crean and vanilla . Finally pour  enaugh water so that there is about an inch of  water

carrot cream:  it's delicious!!

We are going to explain how to do a carrot cream

TIME: 1 hour and 15 min.

INGREDIENTS:                                                 TOOLS:

500 g of carrots                                                    a pot                      
100 g of pumpkin                                                 a mixer
200 g of tomatoes                                                a food mill                                           
1 onion 
1 bouillon cube
1 egg  
oil and salt.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

First we put a liter of water in a pot, we add the bouillon cube and we heat it.
Then we heat a little of oil in the pot and fry the onion, peeled and choped, we leave for 10 min, 
stirring to prevent burning.
After that, we add the cfarrots peeled and choped, the pumpkin with out skin and cut into pieces and tomatoes washed and diced. And then we sauté all together. 
Then we separate a cup of bouillon and we put the rest over the vegetables; we put a little bit of salt and we cook it for about 40 min.
Finally we crashed the egg´s yolk and we mix it with the reserved bouillon. We heat it and then we pass it through the food mill over the other bowl.

VEGETABLE STOCK

Time: 2h 5min

Ingredients: 

3l\5 pints of stock

1 table spoon olive oil

2 medium onions

2 large carrots chopped

2 large leeks chopped

1\2 hoad of celery (use the stringy stalkies bits) chopped

1\2 bulb of fennel chooped

1\2 hoad garlic chopped

4l\7 pints water

2 springs of thyme

1 spring of roasmery

3 bay leaves

1 dry chilli

4 pepercorns

2 table spoons salt

Preparation: 

Heat the olive oil in a large, deep, bottomed pan and add all the vegetables and the garlic. Sweat gently with out colouring for 5 minutes, until slightly tender - you can cover witha lid if you want. Add all the fresh herbs, the chilli, pepercorns and salt. Simmer this for 2 hours, skimming every now and again after 2 hours pass it through a sieve. You can keep the sok in the fride up to a week, or you can freeze it in small containers for about 3-4 months.

CARROT CREAM IN 1, 2, 3

TIME: 30 min.                      

INGREDIENTS: (For 2 people) 6 carrots, 1 leek, 2 cheese portions, pepper, 1 potato, 1 onion, olive oil, water and salt.

PREPARATION: 1. First, we put the olive oil and the onion in a pot.
2. Then, we add the cut potato and the carrots. After that, we cook the food for 20 minutes.
3. Finally, we add the cheese portions, the pepper and the salt. We mix the food in the mixer, and we heat it up before serving it.
